Negativity feeds more negativity and positivity begets more positivity, so why do we keep telling bad stories and why are we so addicted to the sadness of the human condition. Or are we? Quality Always Trumps Quanity

If you think that pulling an all-nighter or sleeping in the office for a week or working 5 straight 18 hour days or eating at your desk for 3 months or spending more time at the company kitchen than your own kitchen is some sort of badge-of-honor or the process yo have to take to deliver better work, you couldn't be farther from reality. Creativity can work in crazy ways but almost never works if you dont take care of your mind and your body.
